Spacious bathroom and a fresh room ☺️. Comes with handy amenities like central heating, an iron, and a work desk.

It was cheap, airy and with unstable bed.

Clean and modest place, has particularly nice views to the park. Its location is unbeatable & excellent, really close to the pub and shops, the Metro and other restaurants. Embassy Row district is worth looking into.
Very disappointing breakfast, it should be way much better.

We had the most real good few days there. Stayed here for 1 day, loved the hotel, it was exceptionally clean with magnificent location to historical landmarks. The room was cheap except for a newer bathroom and the staff helpful.

Location
No elevator! I walked up 4 flights! Clients with doors open and walking the halls at all times like a dormitory. Noisy. Street noise/ambulances all night. Hot water not available withour running it for awhile. Mattress was skimpy and not very comfortable. I did not get the room/bed I requested a queen. The desk kept saying it was a queen. When the maids were cleanming the room next door which had a queen it was obvious mine was not!! I could have stayed at a youth hostel for far far less!

Location.
The shower gave us trouble. The late night staff was a bit uncooperative. The staff did not offer to help us with bags, esp given that their elevator was broken.

Location
Lift not working, check in computer system not working upon arrival, it takes ages to get hot water in the shower at 4th floor. Water heater presumably in basement.

The hotel staff were really friendly and efficient all the time. We had a double room with a bar and a good internet connection, plus a bed that occupied most of the space to ensure we had a very lovely stay.

Location
Room was tiny. Barely enough space to lay down a suitcase. Only thin sheets (no blankets) supplied in the room, so was freezing during the night. Staff members were friendly. Offered to book me a taxi for 7am. But at 7am, after waiting a while I discovered no taxi had been booked.
